After you've set up your wallet, you need to make sure you are connected to the right network.
Currently, Bancor is available on the Ethereum Mainnet. You can make sure you are connected to the right network by clicking on the MetaMask addon in your browser and checking the top box for the information. The network can be changed both when you input your MetaMask password (not private key) or after you've logged in.
This applies to all Web3 wallets - if you will connect with an unsupported network, the web app will prompt you to change it, and you'll see an error message
