A transaction completed but the trade or deposit did not finalize nor created. Why?

Interactions with the application will require you to first grant permission on your behalf. After you've granted permission (which is done by approving a transaction), you will be prompted for another transaction, which will be the actual interaction.

Furthermore, it is possible that you did approve permissions and then approved the interaction itself, but the second transaction failed. You can check the Notifications bell (top right side) to look at your interaction history, but if you are not sure you can view the status on etherscan.io by inputting your wallet address.
