Yes. Existing positions who migrate to the new Bancor 3 will get full IL protection and keep the fees earned. No further action is needed.
In Bancor 3, the positions get 100% IL protection as soon as the tokens are staked, subject to the 7-day cooldown period and the 0.25% withdrawal fee. The fees earned up until that point will become part of your initial position.
